Architekt Frontend & Tech Lead

Mam 11+ lat doświadczenia webowego — 7+ we współczesnym frontendzie (React, Next.js, TypeScript). Prowadziłem zespoły liczące ponad 30 inżynierów, ale dziś najlepiej pracuje mi się jako hands-on Tech Lead w mniejszych, skupionych zespołach (8–12 osób). Łączę architekturę systemów, pracę nad produkcyjnym kodem i przywództwo techniczne.

Specjalizuję się w React, Next.js i TypeScript. Buduję skalowalne systemy frontendowe z naciskiem na wydajność, utrzymywalność i tempo pracy zespołu. Pracuję też z Node.js i AWS przy full-stack delivery, a narzędzia AI traktuję jako praktyczny sposób na sprawniejsze pisanie kodu, code review i dokumentację.

Nie zaczynałem od tego stacku. Było wsparcie klienta, WordPress, jQuery, Angular, Vue — a dopiero później React, Next.js, AWS i narzędzia AI. Nie przywiązuję się do technologii dla samej technologii. Idę tam, gdzie prowadzi rzemiosło. Na tym polega nomadyzm.

W czym mogę pomóc

Łączę doświadczenie techniczne z przywództwem, żeby budować rozwiązania, które nie tylko działają, ale też da się je rozwijać, utrzymywać i skalować razem z zespołem.
