My Role
Senior Frontend Developer (2022–2023): Conducted a full audit of the existing frontend implementation after the project was transferred from a previous vendor. Identified architectural issues, performance bottlenecks, and helped stabilize the platform.
Tech Lead (2023–Present): Leading a distributed team of 10 frontend developers across multiple locations. Responsible for maintaining frontend architecture quality, coordinating feature delivery, mentoring developers, and ensuring performance and maintainability of complex data-driven UI components.

Leading and coordinating a distributed frontend team working across different time zones while maintaining consistent code quality and delivery standards. Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to design and implement new dashboard widgets and components that remain performant, scalable, and visually clear when working with large datasets.
