Technical leadership for an enterprise analytics dashboard

A platform for exploring millions of records through interactive charts, advanced search, and data tables.

As Tech Lead, I audited the frontend, identified architectural and performance issues, and helped stabilize the platform. I combine technical direction with hands-on development, mentoring, and close work with UX/UI on reusable dashboard widgets.
